On November 16th and 17th, Lake Ridge juniors and AVID students go to meet with representatives from several universities, the military, and local employers in the Lake Ridge library as part of the district's Vision 2030 plan.  University of Texas at Dallas, Wichita State University, Midwestern State University, and Dallas Baptist University are some of the schools that attended in addition to employers like Six Flags and UPS.
