• Current and former students need to visit the district webpage to request transcripts or educational records

• Transcripts will be ready in 24-48 hours

• VOE's are requested through the Attendance Office which is located by the Lake Ridge cafeteria next to the Bookkeeper's office
• To request a VOE, a student must come by the Attendance Office and sign up on the VOE list
• VOE's are NOT issued over the summer.  If a VOE will be needed during the summer months, students MUST request it PRIOR to the last WEEK of school.  Otherwise, parents will need to print off a copy of the final report card from Skyward that shows attendance.
• Reminder:  Students need to meet the criteria for attendance (90%) and have passed all of their classes the prior semester

If you are interested in graduating a full year or semester early, bring the idea up to your counselor as early as possible in your high school years.  You may have to take summer courses or sacrifice some electives to make it happen.  These forms are due to your counselor by the end of the year prior to when you plan to graduate.  Make sure you have cleared this idea with your parents, and if applicable, with the postsecondary institution you plan to attend.  Graduating early is not always better, so weigh the options and talk to adults who know your level of maturity, your confidence in your plans after high school, and your abilities before you move forward with this plan.

• Seniors are now required to either complete or sign a form opting out of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the Texas Application for State Financial Aid (TASFA) in order to graduate.
• Complete and submit the FAFSA online
• TASFA is a paper application used to collect information to help determine eligibility for state financial aid programs for students classified as a Texas Resident who cannot apply for FAFSA
• If you do not want to complete a request for financial aid, complete the required opt-out form, sign it, and return it to the Counseling Office
